The debate is endless about the premise of using black hat techniques t oevil gains. You also have the white hats who do everything by the Google book and hope to achieve success in that manner. But is the white hat completely "white"? Since, they are in essence manipulating their client sites so that they are ranked by the search engines, under a broad term of the word, wouldn't that be considered "black hat"? Point is, even the most legit SEO'r partakes in some form of manipulation. It's often called optimization, and for closing the sale, it is also known as making the site SEO friendly. Either way, it does add a distinct advantage over other sites, and in gaming Google, anything goes. -To your online success! Paul Bliss www.SEOforGoogle.com |
