Very strange statistic appeared on my stats the other day. I had a visit from a webstie with the following: corp.google.com So, since I never heard of this, I typed it into Google, and nothing came up. I went to Yahoo, entered that exact phrase and got 1,122 results. Why wouldn't google provide results on it's self? The one rumor is that when you see that referrer, it is a manual search from the Google Adsense team - but I don't have Adsense on my sites - just Yahoo Publisher. Or maybe someone from Google is just that interested in my site? (It's for sale at the right price!) Interesting indeed. -To your online success! Paul Bliss www.SEOforGoogle.com |
