Google is slowing down the Internet |

You've seen them everywhere - "Ads by Gooogle" Yup, text and image links on just about any site that hasn't been banned by Google looking to make a few bucks. Now, I am just as guilty as all of these other sites, besides why not monetize traffic coming to my site? Anyways, my issue is that many times on a site, I can see by looking at the status bar that the page is waiting for the code from Google for the ads to be served on a page. Add that up to each page you vist, to each website you visit and multiply that by the number of users on the web at any given moment - and you get a massive slowdown of the Internet becasue of Google and other companies like Yahoo, Cliksor, etc - all in the name of money! -To your online success!
